摘　　要：动物科学专业是内蒙古农业大学的传统专业,担负着培养高级动物科学技术人才的重要任务。随着经济社会新质生产力的发展,企业对毕业生的实践能力也提出了更高的要求。产教融合、协同育人,建立健全校企协同育人的人才培养体系,培养基础够用、实践够强、技术够硬的应用技能型人才是企业以及新农科建设的必然要求。本文以首届动物科学专业(校企合作班)为例,分析目前传统人才培养存在的问题,探索构建校企协同育人订单式创新人才培养新模式。Animal science is a traditional major in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,which is responsible for the important task of cultivating advanced scientific and technological talents.With the development of new economic and social productivity,enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the practical ability of graduates.It is an inevitable requirement for enterprises and new agricultural construction to integrate industry and education,coordinate education,establish and improve the talent training system of school-enterprise cooperative education,and cultivate applied skilled talents with sufficient foundation,strong practice and strong technology.Taking the first animal science major(school-enterprise cooperation class)as an example,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the cultivation of traditional talents,and explored the construction of a new mode of order-type innovative talents training for school-enterprise cooperative education.
