安徽省农业生产减污降碳协同性驱动因子识别及响应

摘  要:中国生态环境保护将步入减污降碳协同治理关键阶段,安徽省作为农业大省,农业生产减污降碳协同增效对推动经济社会全面绿色转型和高质量发展具有重要意义。该文运用污染物排放清单法与碳排放模型测算2005—2020年安徽省农业生产污染物排放强度和碳排放强度,并结合动态耦合协调模型和地理探测器对减污降碳协同性及其影响因子进行识别。结果显示:研究期内安徽省农业生产污染物排放强度和碳排放强度持续下降,年均降幅分别为8.065%、6.270%,减污强度与降碳强度间协同性处于中度协同等级,农村经济发展水平、规制政策、技术进步为影响两者协同性的关键因素。为推动农业生产绿色低碳高质量发展,应健全农业生产减污与降碳规制体系,依靠新质生产力强化科技创新支撑地位,以乡村经济发展成果助推农业生产减污降碳。China′s eco-environmental protection will step into the key stage of pollution and carbon reduction synergistic management.Anhui Province,as a large agricultural province,the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon emissions in agricultural production is of great significance to promote the comprehensive green transformation and high-quality development of the economy and society.In this paper,the pollutant emission inventory method and carbon emission measurement model were used to calculate the pollutant and carbon emission intensity of agricultural production in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2020,and the synergy between the two and its driving factors were identified by combining the dynamic coupling coordination model and the geographical detector.It is found as follows.①During the study period,the pollutant emission intensity and carbon emission intensity of agricultural production in Anhui Province continued to decline,with an average annual decrease of 8.065%and 6.270%,respectively.②Synergies between pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction are at a moderate level.③The level of rural economic development,regulatory policies and technological progress are the key factors affecting the synergy between the two.In order to promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of agricultural production,we should improve the regulation system of reductions in pollution and carbon emissions in agricultural production,rely on new productivity to strengthen the position of scientific and technological innovation as a support,and promote the reductions in pollution and carbon emissions of agricultural production with the achievements of rural economic development.
