摘　　要：加密数字货币是近年来互联网领域最为人所瞩目的新事物。在其日益普及的同时,围绕加密货币产生的质疑和争议一直存在。总的来说,针对加密货币的忧虑主要集中在2个方面:一是金融安全;二是网络安全。一方面,由于设计理念上的缺陷,加密货币可能给世界金融体系带来严重冲击;另一方面,加密货币与网络犯罪行为之间千丝万缕的联系也给网络安全和网络空间治理带来了极大挑战。首先,对加密货币的设计缺陷进行了分析;其次,在此基础上就加密货币在金融安全和网络安全2个方面的潜在问题做了详细的梳理。Cryptocurrency is the most remarkable innovation in Internet in recent years.While cryptocurrency is becoming more and more popular,there are constant worries and disputes on it.Generally speaking,the concerns about cryptocurrency mainly concentrate in two aspects:financial security and cyber security.On the one hand,due to the defects of its design concepts,cryptocurrency may has a negative impact upon the world financial system;on the other hand,the inextricable relationships between cryptocurrency and cybercrime also pose great challenges to cyber security and cyber space governance.This paper first analyzes the design defects of cryptocurrency;then,based on this,it reviews in detail the potential problems with cryptocurrency in terms of financial security and cyber security.
