摘　　要：人才在乡村发展的驱动要素中占据核心地位,是乡村建设中最具战略意义的资本。通过对近年来乡村人才振兴相关文献的发文量、核心作者、研究机构、热点主题等进行分析,以期从整体上把握乡村人才振兴研究的宏观图景和主题脉系。研究发现,该领域发文量呈现稳步上升趋势;核心作者团队数量,研究机构多集中于双一流高校的农村农业发展研究所、教育学院和人文发展学院;研究热点集中在乡村人才振兴与脱贫攻坚研究、乡村人才振兴与政策文件研究、乡村人才振兴与困境对策研究、乡村人才振兴与培养教育研究。未来研究要立足于乡村振兴战略和乡村转型发展的时代背景,构建中国乡村人才理论体系,根植于实际需求,推动学术研究和成果应用相辅相成相互促进,开展系统化的乡村人才研究。Talent holds a pivotal position among the driving factors of rural development and is the capital of utmost strategic significance in rural construction.This study analyzes the trends in the number of publications,core authors,research institutions,and hot topics related to rural talent revitalization in recent years,aiming to provide a comprehensive overview of the macro picture and thematic framework of research in this province.The findings indicate a steady increase in the number of publications in this regard.Team of core authors and research institutions mostly came from institutes for rural and agricultural development affiliated to the Double First-Class Universities,college of education,college of humanities and development studies.The research hotspots focus on the relationship between rural talent revitalization and poverty alleviation,the study of policy documents related to rural talent revitalization,the study of the driving mechanisms of rural talent revitalization,and the study of education and training for rural talent revitalization.Future research should be grounded in the context of the rural revitalization strategy and rural transformation,aiming to construct a theoretical system for rural talent in China.This system should be rooted in practical needs,promoting the complementary and mutually reinforcing relationship between academic research and the application of research findings,and fostering systematic research on rural talent.
