摘　　要：中国体育制度是中国体育事业发展的历史和文化积淀,是中国共产党领导新中国体育事业取得辉煌成就的智慧总结和实践经验。在深入推进中国式体育制度现代化,加快推进体育强国建设语境下,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,对新中国不同时期体育制度发展的历史背景、时代责任及其逻辑关系进行梳理和分析,并提出实践指向,旨在深刻领会中国特色社会主义体育观理论,为推进中国式体育现代化,加快体育强国建设进程中的制度建设提供历史镜鉴和启示。研究认为:中国体育制度在不同历史时期,迎合不同的社会、政治、经济发展需求,采取了不同的发展策略和方针。新时代,体育事业发展的土壤已出现根本性变化,新时代体育发展必须在中国共产党领导下,坚持以人民为中心的发展思想,促进竞技体育、群众体育协调发展,实现体育产业、体育话语权、体育科技等相关领域均衡发展,需要摆脱体育工具理性价值的路径依赖,使体育事业发展回归本质,最终实现全民健康。China’s sports system is the historical and cultural accumulation of the development of China’s sports undertakings,and it is also the wisdom summary and practical experience of the remarkable achievements made in the sports undertakings of New China under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.In the context of further promoting the modernization of China’s sports system and accelerating the construction of a sports powerhouse,this paper uses methods such as literature research and logical analysis to sort out and analyze the historical background,era responsibilities and logical relationships of the development of sports systems in different periods of New China,and puts forward practical directions.It aims to deeply understand the socialist sports concept with Chinese characteristics and provide historical references and inspirations for the institutional construction in the process of promoting the modernization of China’s sports and accelerating the construction of a sports powerhouse.The research believes that China’s sports system has adopted different development strategies and guidelines to meet the different needs of social,political and economic development in different historical periods.In the new era,the soil for the development of sports undertakings has fundamentally changed.The development of sports in the new era must be under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,adhere to the people-centered development ideology,always grasp the coordinated development of competitive sports and mass sports,and the balanced development of related fields such as the sports industry,sports discourse power and sports science and technology.It is necessary to break away from the path dependence of the instrumental rational value of sports,make the development of sports undertakings return to its essence,and finally achieve the health of the whole people.
