摘  要:新时代体教融合理念对完善我国足球后备人才培养体系具有重要意义。本研究以新时期国家关于体教融合与足球发展的重要论述为理论依据,分析新时代体教融合理念对我国足球后备人才培养体系的影响与革新,总结现实困境并提出优化策略。研究认为我国足球后备人才培养体系已呈现多元化交叉融合趋势,但人才培养仍存在“格雷欣现象”;足球后备人才培养基础性工程稳步推进,但校园足球与职业足球仍无法深度融合;全国青少年足球竞赛体系已实现融合,但仍存在赛事融合机制不完善现象;统一全国足球比赛理念已初成共识,但各级国字号比赛理念不同未起到引领作用。未来发展应加强青训监管力度、取消普及阶段选拔;破解中学学训矛盾,提升校园足球水平;完善竞赛融合机制、稳定融合竞赛体系;统筹顶层理念一致,实现全国理念统一。The concept of integrating sports and education in the new era holds significant importance for improving China’s football reserve talent cultivation system.Based on important national discourses regarding sports-education integration and football development in the new era,this study analyzes its impact and innovative role in China’s football reserve talent cultivation system,summarizes practical challenges,and proposes optimization strategies.The research indicates that while China’s football reserve talent cultivation system has demonstrated a trend of diversified cross-integration,talent development still exhibits“Gresham’s Law phenomenon”.Although foundational projects for football reserve talent cultivation are progressing steadily,school football and professional football remain inadequately integrated.While the national youth football competition system has achieved integration,imperfect tournament integration mechanisms persist.Although consensus has initially formed regarding unified national football competition philosophies,differing concepts across national team competitions fail to provide cohesive guidance.Future development should strengthen youth training supervision and eliminate selection mechanisms at the popularization stage;resolve academic-training conflicts in secondary schools to enhance school football quality;improve competition integration mechanisms to stabilize the combined competition system;coordinate top-level conceptual consistency to achieve nationwide philosophical unification.
