摘  要:实现企业高质量发展不仅需要外部环境的支撑,更需要企业内部管理者的引领和推动。研究选取2012—2022年部分中国沪深A股上市公司作为样本企业,实证检验管理者能力、组织韧性与企业高质量发展的影响及其内在作用机制。研究发现:管理者能力对企业的高质量发展具有显著的正向推动作用;组织韧性在管理者能力与企业高质量之间发挥中介作用,即管理者发挥自身综合能力以便通过增强组织韧性,促进企业高质量发展;环境不确定性削弱了管理者能力对组织韧性的正向关系,企业数字化转型增强了管理者能力对企业高质量的正向关系。文章丰富了管理者能力、组织韧性与企业高质量发展的机制研究,提供了有力的理论支撑和实践指导,有助于企业在新时代背景下把握发展机遇,同时也为政府制定相关政策提供了科学依据和参考方向。Achieving high-quality development in enterprises requires not only the support of the external environment but also the leadership and impetus from internal managers.This paper selects a sample of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2022 to empirically test the impact of managerial ability and organizational resilience on the high-quality development of enterprises and the internal mechanisms.The findings are as follows:Managerial ability significantly positively influences the high-quality development of enterprises.Organizational resilience serves as a mediating role between managerial ability and high-quality development of enterprises,whereby managers leverage their comprehensive abilities to enhance organizational resilience,thus promoting high-quality development.Environmental uncertainty weakens the positive relationship between managerial ability and organizational resilience,while digital transformation of enterprises strengthens the positive impact of managerial ability on high-quality development.This study enriches the research on the mechanisms of managerial ability,organizational resilience,and high-quality development of enterprises,providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance.It helps enterprises to seize development opportunities in the new era and also provides a scientific basis and reference for government policy-making.
