摘  要:目的探索适合检验住院医师规范化培训报告分析的教学模式,以提高其岗位能力。方法通过对检验住院医师规范化培训中教学模式的探索,提高学员岗位能力为目标,以病例为中心,以疾病诊疗指南及检测项目行业标准为依托,实践标准化解读检验报告的教学模式,并对该教学模式进行评价。结果通过实践该教学模式,专业带教老师及住院医师反馈对教学效果较为满意,该模式可以提高住院医师的学习积极性及专业能力。结论以能力培养为目标的检验报告单标准化解读的教学模式有助于培养高素质及专业能力较强的检验医师。Objective To explore teaching model in standardized residency training to enhance their job capabilities.Methods To practice the mode of teaching that though a case relying on disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines and industry standards,to interpretation laboratory reports standardly,and evaluate the teaching model.Results By practicing this teaching model,professional instructors and resident physicians have satisfactory feedback on the teaching effectiveness,which can improve the learning enthusiasm and professional ability of resident physicians.Conclution The mode of teaching which aim to cultivating professional abilities can helps to cultivate high-quality and highly professional laboratory resident physicians.
