摘  要:癌症死亡率居高不下,但传统的治疗方法效果不佳,耐药性,毒副作用等进一步限制了癌症的治疗。靶向药物递送系统,尤其是靶向特定细胞器与传统药物相比具有显著优势:它们可以极大地帮助减少药物用量、改善治疗靶点、避免多药耐药、避免复发和避免副作用。其中,高尔基体的功能与肿瘤的发生,增殖,转移密切相关,是一种潜在的抗肿瘤靶点。目前,高尔基体靶向转运的机制尚不清楚。此外,针对单个细胞器的靶向药物可能并不理想。但是,在未来的肿瘤治疗中,高尔基体靶向策略将发挥不可替代的作用。本综述系统地总结了目前报道的高尔基体靶向递送系统,介绍了高尔基体与肿瘤的关系及靶向机制,期望对未来高尔基体靶向递送系统的升级提供参考。Cancer mortality remains high,but the efficacy of traditional treatment is not good,drug resistance,and side effects further limit the treatment of cancer.Targeted drug delivery systems,especially targeting specific organelles,offer significant advantages over traditional drugs:They can greatly help in reducing drug dosage,improving therapeutic targets,avoiding multidrug resistance,avoiding recurrence,and avoiding side effects.Among them,the function of Golgi apparatus is closely related to the occurrence,proliferation and metastasis of tumors,and it is a potential anti-tumor target.At present,the mechanism of Golgi-targeted transport is unknown.In addition,targeting drugs to individual organelles may not be ideal.However,Golgi targeting strategy will play an irreplaceable role in tumor therapy in the future.This review systematically summarizes the currently reported Golgi-targeted delivery systems,introduces the relationship between the Golgi apparatus and tumors and the targeting mechanism,and provides a reference for the upgrading of Golgi-targeted delivery systems in the future.
