摘 要:我国长期面临卓越工程师供给与需求不平衡的境遇,这种供需失衡直观反映在校企双方对于卓越工程师素养的认知差异上。通过在BOSS直聘网站抓取7914条企业工程师招聘信息以及遴选部分代表性高校工程专业的培养目标,运用文本分析法比较高校供给侧与企业需求侧对于卓越工程人才素养的认知需求差异并究其成因。研究发现,校企间沟通激励不足、选择性执行、信息不对称等加剧了双方对卓越工程师素养的认知间隙。为弥合认知间隙以提升卓越工程师培养成效,需打破传统校企委托代理身份,拓宽育人主体的角色边界;重构校企话语情境,健全专业认证与资格认证有机衔接的规范化制度;整合卓越工程师核心素养,推进多重委托的协调分工。China has long been facing an imbalance between the supply and demand of engineers of excellence,and this contradiction between supply and demand is intuitively reflected in the difference between the university and the enterprise on the literacy of engineers of excellence.In this paper,by collecting 7914 recruitment information of engineers from enterprises on the BOSS Zhipin website and selecting the training objectives of engineering majors of some representative universities,we use text analysis to compare the differences in cognitive demands for the literacy of excellent engineering talents between the supply side of universities and the demand side of enterprises,and explores the causes of these differences.The study found that insufficient communication incentives,selective implementation,and information asymmetry etc.between universities and enterprises exacerbated the cognitive gap between the two sides on the literacy of excellence engineers.In order to bridge the cognitive gap and enhance the effectiveness of cultivation of engineers of excellence,it is necessary to break the traditional principal-agent identities of universities and enterprises and broaden the role boundaries of the main body of talent cultivation;reconfigure the university-enterprise discourse context and improve the standardized system of organic convergence between professional certification and qualification certification;integrate the core literacy of engineers of excellence and promote the coordinated division of labor in multiple principal-agent relationships.
