数智时代新闻传播人才培养的困境与破局

摘  要:秉持“新闻传播专业教育成功与否,最终取决于人才培养与社会需求之间契合度”这一核心观点,新闻传播教育应当主动识变应变求变,在数智技术深刻重构新闻传播教育外部环境和内部要素体系的背景下,要着重培养学生的数智技术、建立复合型知识结构、具备人文精神和思维。然而,当前新闻传播人才培养环节还存在课程内容更新滞后、专业招生扎堆、标准化课堂教学模式与实际脱节等发展困境。鉴于此,应构建由政府部门“掌舵”、高校“主导”、企业“支持”的共建新格局:行政部门需着力在教材建设和管理、政策支持和引导、学科布局和调整等方面给予支持,高校应当进行一次从教学内容到教学范式、再到教学评价方式的系统改革,企业可从师资交流互派、教学平台共享、联合课题研究等方面开展合作。Adhering to the core viewpoint that“the success of professional education in journalism and communication ultimately depends on the compatibility between talent cultivation and social needs”,journalism and communication education should take the initiative to recognize,adapt to,and pursue changes.Against the backdrop of the digital and intelligent era,where media technology intervenes in all aspects,journalistic topics are concerned by the whole society,and journalistic values are redefined,it is crucial to focus on cultivating students’proficiency in proficient mastery of digital technology,composite knowledge structure,and possession of humanistic spirit and thinking.However,there are development challenges in the current cultivation of journalism and communication talents,such as the lagging update of curriculum content,the overcrowded enrollment in related majors,and standardized classroom teaching models being disconnected from the practical needs of journalism and communication.In view of this,a new pattern of co-construction should be established,with government departments“steering”,universities“taking the lead”,and enterprises“providing support”.Administrative departments need to focus on providing support in aspects such as textbook construction and management,policy support and guidance,and discipline layout and adjustment.Universities should carry out a systematic reform ranging from teaching content to teaching paradigms and then to teaching evaluation methods.Enterprises can cooperate in aspects such as the exchange and dispatch of teachers,the sharing of teaching platforms,and joint research on projects.
