康柏西普辅助微创玻璃体切割术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用微创玻璃体切割术联合康柏西普辅助治疗在增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)患者中的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年3月兴山县人民医院收治的103例PDR患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组。常规组(n=51,患眼数89只)接受微创玻璃体切割术治疗,探究组(n=52,患眼数93只)则在微创玻璃体切割术基础上联合应用康柏西普辅助治疗。对比两组眼部功能状态、症状积分、并发症发生率。结果术后,两组最佳矫正视力、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度均较术前改善,且探究组均优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。术后,两组视力减退、视物模糊、视野缺损、视物变形等症状积分均较术前降低,且探究组均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康柏西普辅助微创玻璃体切割术治疗PDR相较于单纯微创玻璃体切割术治疗,能够更有效地改善患者眼部功能,降低症状积分,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with conbercept assisted therapy in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR).Methods A total of 103 patients with PDR admitted to Xingshan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The conventional group(n=51,89 eyes)was treated with minimally invasive vitrectomy,while the exploration group(n=52,93 eyes)was treated with minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with conbercept.The eye function status,symptom score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure and macular foveal thickness of the two groups were improved compared with those before surgery,and the exploration group was better than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After surgery,the scores of visual impairment,blurred vision,visual field defect,visual deformation and other symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before surgery,and those in the exploration group were lower than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the exploration group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with minimally invasive vitrectomy alone,Conbercept assisted minimally invasive vitrectomy for PDR can more effectively improve the patient's eye function,reduce the symptom score,and have high safety.
