不同充填材料修复牙颈部楔状缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨三种不同充填材料修复牙颈部楔状缺损的临床效果。方法牙颈部楔状缺损患者150例(180颗受损牙齿)分为三组,每组50例患者60颗患牙。A组采用光固化复合树脂,B组采用流动树脂,C组采用玻璃离子水门汀。充填修复完成3个月后,评估疗效和充填材料性能,记录患牙满意度和治疗相关并发症发生情况。结果充填修复完成3个月后,A组和B组总有效率和患牙总体满意率均高于C组(P<0.05),A组与B组相仿(P>0.05)。A组和B组患者饮食能力评分高于C组(P<0.05)。C组患牙并发症发生率高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论采用光固化复合树脂和流动树脂修复牙颈部楔状缺损疗效显著,患牙满意度较高,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three different filling materials in repairing wedge defects of the neck of teeth.Methods A total of 180 damaged teeth of 150 patients with wedge defect of tooth neck was divided into three groups with 60 teeth of 50 patients each.The filling materials were light-cured composite resin in group A,flowable resin in group B,and glass ionomer cement in group C.The treatment effectiveness and performance of the fillers were evaluated three months after completion of filling and repair.Satisfaction of affected tooth and occurrence of treatment-related complications of affected tooth were recorded.Results Three months after the completion of filling and repair,the total effective rate and satisfaction rate of affected tooth in groups A and B were higher than those in group C(P<0.05),which were similar between groups of A and B(P>0.05).The patients'eating ability score in groups of A and B was higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The incidence of treatment-related complications of affected tooth in group C was higher than that in groups of A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion Using light-cured composite resin and flowable resin to repair wedge defect of tooth neck has significant therapeutic efficacy,with better satisfaction of affected tooth,and less treatment-related complications.
