摘　　要：目的探讨不同照射时长下低能量Nd:YAG激光对下颌阻生牙拔除术后并发症的影响。方法行下颌阻生牙拔除术患者60例随机分为三组,每组20例。A组术后低能量Nd:YAG激光照射拔牙窝颊侧、舌侧、正中3个部位各30s,B组术后低能量Nd:YAG激光照射相同部位各60s,C组安慰治疗为对照。比较三组术后疼痛程度、肿胀及张口受限程度。结果术后第1、2天,A组和B组VAS疼痛评分低于C组(P<0.05),B组VAS疼痛评分低于A组(P<0.05)。术后第4、7天,三组VAS疼痛评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。术后第2、4、7天,三组肿胀程度和张口受限程度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论低能量Nd:YAG激光照射治疗能够缓解下颌阻生牙拔除术后疼痛,适当增加照射时长效果更好。Objective To explore the low-energy Nd:YAG laser on complications after mandibular impacted tooth extraction under different irradiation duration.Methods Sixty patients under mandibular impacted tooth extraction were randomly assigned to three groups with 20 cases each.Group A was treated with low-energy Nd:YAG laser irradiation for 30 seconds on the buccal,lingual,and central aspects of the extraction socket,and group B received the same irradiation for 60 seconds.Group C received placebo treatment as control.Postoperative pain,edema,and trismus were compared among the three groups.Results On the 1^(st)and 2^(nd)postoperative day,the VAS pain scores of groups of A and B were lower than those in group C(P<0.05),which were lower in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).On the 4^(th)and 7^(th)postoperative day,there were no significant differences in VAS pain scores among three groups(P>0.05).On the 2^(nd),4^(th)and 7^(th)postoperative day,there were no significant differences in degree of edema and trismus among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low-energy Nd:YAG laser irradiation can effectively alleviate pain after mandibular impacted tooth extraction.The effect may be improved when the duration of irradiation is increased properly.
