摘　　要：冲压模具是装备制造产业的关键一环,在汽车制造业中冲压模具的应用尤为广泛。汽车生产中高达90%的零部件需要依赖模具成型,而冲压模具正是这些模具中的佼佼者。在汽车整车制造的核心工艺中,冲压模具作为生产的关键装备,其重要性不言而喻。为了更好地了解冲压模具的工艺和设计,提高冲压模具的制造技术和应用水平,本文对冲压工艺及模具设计进行了深入研究。Stamping dies are a key part of the equipment manufacturing industry,and their application is particularly widespread in the automotive manufacturing industry.Up to 90%of components in automobile production rely on mold forming,and stamping molds are the best among these molds.In the core process of automobile manufacturing,stamping dies are a key equipment for production,and their importance is self-evident.In order to better understand the process and design of stamping dies,improve the manufacturing technology and application level of stamping dies,this article conducts in-depth research on stamping processes and die design.
