“定向班”育人模式下的岗位实习课程思政

摘　　要：岗位实习在专业人才培养体系中占有非常重要的地位,现阶段岗位实习存在重技能轻思政的倾向。本文以沧州职业技术学院车辆工程系为例探索“定向班”育人模式下的岗位实习课程思政,对整个岗位实习过程制定思政育人目标、梳理思政元素、增加增值评价,以精细化课程思政评价体系。实践证明,该模式实施两年来取得良好的成效。On-the-job internship occupies a very important position in the professional talent training system,and there is a tendency to emphasize skills over ideology and politics at this stage.Taking the Department of Vehicle Engineering of Cangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper explores the ideological and political education of the on-the-job internship course under the"orientation class"education mode,formulates the ideological and political education goals for the whole job internship process,sorts out the ideological and political elements,adds value-added evaluation,and refines the course ideological and political evaluation system.Practice has proved that the model has achieved good results in the past two years.
