摘　　要：随着新能源汽车行业的蓬勃发展,高职新能源汽车专业对人才培养提出更高要求。本文聚焦职业核心素养培养这一关键视角,探讨高职新能源汽车专业课程改革的相关问题,分析当前专业课程在对接职业核心素养培育方面存在的不足,阐述基于职业核心素养进行课程改革的重要意义,从构建课程体系、开发课程内容、改革教学方法以及考核评价等方面提出针对性的改革策略,旨在提升高职新能源汽车专业人才的职业核心素养与综合职业能力,以更好地适应新能源汽车产业对高素质技能型人才的需求。With the booming development of the new energy vehicle industry,higher vocational education in the field of new energy vehicles has put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation.This article focuses on the key perspective of cultivating professional core competencies,explores the relevant issues of curriculum reform in the field of new energy vehicles in higher vocational education,analyzes the shortcomings of current professional courses in connecting with the cultivation of professional core competencies,and elaborates on the important significance of curriculum reform based on professional core competencies.Targeted reform strategies are proposed from the aspects of constructing curriculum system,developing curriculum content,reforming teaching methods,and assessment and evaluation,aiming to enhance the professional core competencies and comprehensive professional abilities of new energy vehicle professionals in higher vocational education,in order to better adapt to the demand for high-quality skilled talents in the new energy vehicle industry.
