摘　　要：技能竞赛作为职业教育的重要组成部分,对于提升学生的实践能力和综合素质具有重要意义。然而,在民族地区,由于经济发展相对滞后、教育资源分配不均等原因,技能大赛的开展面临诸多困境。本文旨在探讨民族地区技能大赛存在的困境,并提出相应的对策,为民族地区技能大赛的发展和竞赛成绩的提升提供参考。As an important component of vocational education,skill competitions are of great significance in enhancing students'practical abilities and comprehensive qualities.However,in ethnic regions,due to relatively lagging economic development and unequal distribution of educational resources,the implementation of skill competitions faces many challenges.This article aims to explore the challenges faced by skill competitions in ethnic regions and propose corresponding countermeasures,providing reference for the development of skill competitions in ethnic regions and the improvement of competition results.
