摘 要:本文探讨了中职学校“双师型”教师队伍建设与行业实践的结合路径,以汽车维修专业为例重点分析了当前“双师型”教师队伍建设的现状和挑战。“双师型”教师需要具备扎实的专业理论知识和相关职业技能,特别是在汽车维修领域,要求教师掌握最新的汽车维修技术和操作技巧,确保职业教育内容适应汽车维修行业的市场需求和技术发展趋势。实践经验表明,将汽车维修领域的最新技术和案例融入教学,能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提升其实践能力和创新思维。This paper discusses the combination of"dual-teacher"teacher team construction and industry practice in secondary schools,and focuses on the current situation and challenges of"dual-teacher"teacher team construction in the automotive maintenance specialty as an example."Dual-teacher"teachers need to have both solid theoretical knowledge and relevant vocational skills,especially in the field of automobile maintenance,teachers are required to master the latest automobile maintenance technology and operation skills,to ensure that the content of vocational education is adapted to the market demand and technology development trend of the automobile maintenance industry.Practical experience shows that integrating the latest technology and cases in the field of automobile maintenance into teaching can stimulate students'interest in learning and enhance their practical ability and innovative thinking.
