摘　　要：我国新能源汽车的不断发展对新能源汽车维护专业技术人才提出了更高的要求。技工院校作为企业岗位技能人才培养的主要基地,应积极探索工学一体化教学模式。本文阐述工学一体化模式实施的意义,分析当前存在的问题,探索工学一体化教学模式路径,促进新能源汽车专业人才的培养。The continuous development of new energy vehicles in China has put forward higher requirements for professional and technical personnel in the maintenance of new energy vehicles.As the main base for cultivating skilled talents in enterprise positions,technical colleges should actively explore the work and study integrative teaching mode.This article first elaborates on the significance of implementing the integrated engineering model,analyzes the current problems,explores the path of work and study integrative teaching mode,and promotes the cultivation of new energy vehicle professionals.
