摘  要:结合自身科研工作,设计了一项综合创新实验——碳基钙钛矿太阳能电池驱动小风扇综合创新实验。实验结合了无机化学中的晶体结构与材料化学中的半导体材料知识,旨在巩固学生的学科基础,同时培养其基本的实验技能和表征分析技术。为了让学生直观感受到科研成果的实际应用,通过简化实验流程,探究钙钛矿组分工程的优化条件,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜和电流密度-电压(J-V)曲线等测试进一步表征钙钛矿薄膜和器件性能,最后利用器件驱动小风扇。该实验不仅激发了学生的学习热情,更在动手实践中培养了创新思维和科学探索能力,也能拓宽科学前沿视野。A comprehensive and innovative experiment was designed based on teacher's research achievements: a carbon-based perovskite solar cell driving fan.This experiment integrates knowledge of crystal structure from inorganic chemistry and semiconductor materials from materials chemistry, aiming to solidify students' academic foundation while fostering their basic experimental skills and characterization analysis techniques.To enable students to intuitively experience the practical application of research achievements, the experimental process has been simplified, exploring the optimized conditions for perovskite composition engineering.Further tests such as X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and current density-voltage(J-V)curves are conducted to characterize the performance of perovskite films and devices.Ultimately, these devices are utilized to drivie a mini fan.The implementation of this teaching case, which transforms cutting-edge research achievements, not only ignites students' enthusiasm for learning but also cultivates their innovative thinking and scientific exploration abilities through hands-on practice, broadening their scientific frontiers.
