延安时期思想政治教育资源转化对新时代“大思政课”建设的启示

摘　　要：“大思政课”旨在树立一种新的思想政治教育理念。要实现“小课堂”与“大社会”的有效衔接,教育资源的有效转化至关重要。延安时期,中国共产党通过挖掘理论资源,借鉴实践资源,选取社会资源,运用精神资源,涵育人才资源,成功完成各种资源的开发与利用,表现出以正确的政治方向引导多维资源的相互融合,以完成救亡图存的现实需求提升资源转化的有效性,为适应斗争形势的变化建立资源转化主体的多元性等一系列特征。新时代“大思政课”教育资源转化,需立足现实需求,推动“大思政课”教育资源开发;回应现实问题,实现“大思政课”教育资源相互联动;围绕教育实效,构建“大思政课”教育资源转化评价体系。The"great ideological and political course"aims to set up a new concept of ideological and political education.In order to complete the effective connection between"small classroom"and"big society",the effective transformation of educational resources is very important.During the Yan'an period,the Communist Party of China successfully completed the development and utilization of various resources by exploiting theoretical resources,learning from practical resources,selecting social resources,applying spiritual resources and cultivating human resources.It shows a series of characteristics of guiding the integration of multi-dimensional resources in the correct political direction,improving the effectiveness of resource transformation in order to fulfill the realistic needs of national salvation,and establishing the pluralism of resource transformation subjects in order to adapt to the changes of struggle situation.The transformation of educational resources of the"great ideological and political course"in the new era should be based on the practical needs to promote the development of educational resources of the"great ideological and political course";It is necessary to realize the interaction of educational resources of the"great ideological and political courses"by responding to practical problems;It is also needed to construct the evaluation system of the transformation of educational resources of the"great ideological and political course"around the educational effectiveness.
