基于生态系统服务价值的湿地资源保护与利用研究——以南京市为例

摘　　要：为更好地保护和利用南京市湿地资源,该文基于主管部门提供的现状数据,应用市场价值法、碳税法、影子工程法等多种生态经济学评价方法对南京市湿地资源的物质生产、水源供给、水文调节等10种生态功能的价值当量进行系统性的评价,并基于评价结果针对性地给出对南京市湿地资源保护和利用的建议。结果表明,南京市湿地生态系统的服务价值总量为380.85亿元,单位面积的生态服务价值为578.18×10~4元/km^(2);水源供给价值占比最大,为南京市湿地生态系统的主要价值功能。In order to better protect and utilize Nanjing City wetland resources,based on the current situation data provided by the competent authorities,this paper uses various ecological economic evaluation methods such as market value method,carbon tax law,and shadow engineering method to systematically evaluate the value equivalents of 10 ecological functions such as material production,water supply,and hydrological regulation of Nanjing City wetland resources,and provides targeted suggestions for the protection and utilization of Nanjing City wetland resources based on the evaluation results.The results show that the total service value of the wetland ecosystem in Nanjing City is 38.085 billion yuan,and the ecological service value per unit area is 5.7818 million yuan/km~2;the water supply value accounts for the largest proportion and is the main value function of the wetland ecosystem in Nanjing City.
