摘 要:鼠药是一种旨在消灭小型啮齿类动物的化学试剂,其是以防害鼠类为目的的一类毒药,鼠药的不规范使用可能会致使其残留于日常的果蔬、粮食等植物源性食品中及与其接触过的土壤、水源等,通过食物进入人体内,且鼠药是食物中毒事件中常见的化学性致毒因子。杀鼠剂的使用场景主要在农产品从种植开始到加工储存各个工序中,直接导致相关工作人员与鼠药接触。因此,对植物源性食品中的鼠药残留量进行检测意义重大。综述了植物源性食品中的鼠药残留检测前处理方法与检测方法的研究进展,以期为植物源性食品中鼠药的检测分析技术的发展提供参考。Rat poison is a kind of chemical reagent to eliminate small rodents,it is for the purpose of preventing rodents a kind of poison rat drug use may cause its residue in daily plant food,vegetables and food and its contact with soil,water,etc.,through food into the human body,and rat poison is a common chemical toxic factor in food poisoning events.The use scenario of rodenticide is mainly in the process from planting to processing and storage of agricultural products,which directly leads to the contact between relevant staff and rat poison.Therefore,it is of great significance to detect the residual amount of rat drug in plant-derived food.This paper summarized the progress of pretreatment and detection methods of rodent residue detection in plant-derived foods,in order to provide reference for the development of rodent detection in plant-derived foods.
