摘  要:课程设计是培养学生工程能力、促进理论知识与实际应用相结合的关键,对塑造学生的创新思维、问题解决能力和职业实践技能至关重要。从工程教育角度剖析了“油脂工厂设计”课程设计的培养目标,探讨了课程在教学过程中存在的问题,并从师资队伍、课程设置、教学模式、内容考核等方面对课程进行改革。实践证明,教学改革激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教师和学生的工程实践能力,具有良好的教学效果。Course design is the key to cultivate the engineering ability of students and to promote the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application.It is crucial for building the innovative minds,problem solving ability and vocational practice skills of students.This paper analyzed the cultivation objectives of the course design for Oil Plant Design from the perspective of engineering education,discussed the problems existing in the course during the teaching process,and improved the course in terms of the teaching team,course design,teaching mode,content assessment and other aspects.Practice had proved that the teaching reform had stimulated students'interest in learning,improved the engineering practice ability of teachers and students,and had good teaching effect.
