基于肺脾肾津液代谢通道探究五苓散及其类方应用

摘　　要：中医学对肺脾肾作为统一的津液代谢通道相关理论研究日趋成熟,对于水液代谢过程中的生理病理阐释较为全面,但较少将肺脾肾与《伤寒论》中水湿痰饮内停类病证结合,五苓散及其类方作为太阳蓄水证和水饮内停证经典处方,具有代表性。通过肺脾肾津液代谢通道研究太阳蓄水证病因、病位、病性、病势、五苓散及其类方用药特点,发现五苓散及其类方可较好地应用于与肺脾肾津液代谢通道相关疾病。本文基于肺脾肾津液代谢通道探究五苓散及其类方应用,并附验案一则,为临床灵活应用五苓散及其类方提供参考。The theoretical research on the unified fluid metabolism pathway of the lung,spleen and kidney in TCM is becoming increasingly mature,providing a comprehensive explanation of the physiology and pathology of fluid metabolism.However,there is a relative scarcity of studies that combine the lung,spleen,and kidney with the internal retention of water,dampness,phlegm,and fluid in the context of Shang Han Lun.Wuling Powder and its related formulas,as classic prescriptions for the syndrome of water retention in the Taiyang meridian and internal retention of water,are representative.By studying the etiology,location,nature,and tendency of the disease in the syndrome of water retention in the Taiyang meridian through the fluid metabolism pathway of the lung,spleen and kidney,and the characteristics of the use of Wuling Powder and its related formulas,it has been found that Wuling Powder and its related formulas can be effectively applied to diseases related to the fluid metabolism pathway of the lung,spleen,and kidney.This article explored the application of Wuling Powder and its related formulas based on the fluid metabolism pathway of the lung,spleen,and kidney,and included a medical case,providing references for the flexible clinical application of Wuling Powder and its related formulas.
