从教学角度析疑《内经选读》

摘　　要：十四五行业规划教材《内经选读》中提到飧泄、伏邪发病、阳受风气、阴受湿气及神伤精失等内容,言之欠详。本文拟从病因病机、证治结合《黄帝内经》相关篇章,通过前后关联,相互对照,参考历代注家论述进行辨析,为内经教学及经典理论指导临床提供参考。Nei Jing Xuan Du,a 14th Five-Year Industry Planning Textbook briefly mentions topics such as indigestion and diarrhea,the onset of diseases due to hidden pathogens,yang affected by wind qi,yin affected by dampness,and spiritual injuries leading to depletion of essence,but lacks detailed explanations.This article aimed to analyze these concepts by examining their etiology and pathogenesis,integrating them with the relevant chapters of Huang Di Nei Jing.By linking and cross-referencing these ideas and drawing upon the interpretations of scholars from various dynasties,this article could provide references for teaching Nei Jing and guiding clinical practice with classic theories.
