摘  要:在全面提高人才自主培养质量的背景下,科研院所应借助科研优势构建符合学生需求的导学关系,提升研究生培养质量。以某中医药科研院所为例,调查分析发现,中医药科研院所研究生希望通过“参与课题研究、导师答疑解惑”的学术指导形式进行线下面谈,且1~2周交流1次,以获得科研指导,提升科研能力。影响导师指导效果的主要因素是学习主动性和积极性。不同培养层次、培养类型的研究生调研结果存在一定差异。根据调研结果,提出5个方面建议。Against the backdrop of comprehensively improving the quality of independent talent cultivation,it is worthwhile to conduct how research institutes can leverage their research advantages to establish guidance relationships that meet the needs of students and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Taking a certain TCM research institute as an example,the investigation and analysis found that graduate students of the institute hoped to have offline discussions through the academic guidance form of“participating in research projects and answering questions from supervisors”,and exchange once every 1~2 weeks to obtain research guidance and enhance their research abilities.The main factors that affect the effectiveness of supervisors’guidance are learning initiative and enthusiasm.There were certain differences in the research results of graduate students with different levels and types of training.Based on the research results,5 suggestions were proposed.
