摘  要:《本草纲目》中记载了大鲵有“食之无痴疾”的特性,为其阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's Disease,AD)在脑健康领域的研究揭示了诸多关键线索。目前,AD的发病率正在逐年攀升,其严重性已然跃居为全球公共卫生的一大挑战。AD相关的认知障碍是老年人出现记忆力减退、思维混乱、情绪波动等症状的主要原因,这些症状会严重影响老年人的生活质量,甚至丧失独立生活的能力。针对处于不同认知障碍阶段的AD患者,实施针对性的营养干预措施,通过抗氧化、调节肠道菌群等机制,可延缓AD的发生和发展。大鲵活性肽具有较好的生物活性,包括抗氧化、调节肠道菌群作用,其在多因素、多靶点参与的复杂性系统性神经退行性疾病AD的营养支持治疗中具有潜在应用可能。In Compendium of Materia Medica records that Andrias davidianus has the characteristic of“No Dementia after Eating”,which provides clues for its application in the brain health field of Alzheimer's disease(AD).Currently,the incidence of AD is increasing year by year,which has become a serious public health problem in the world.AD-related cognitive impairment is the main cause of symptoms such as memory loss,confusion,and mood swings in the elderly,which can seriously affect the quality of life of the elderly and even lead to the loss of their ability to live independently.Nutritional interventions for AD patients at different stages of cognitive impairment can delay the development of AD via antioxidation and intestinal flora regulation.Andrias davidianus bioactive peptides have good biological activities,including antioxidant and intestinal flora regulation,suggesting that they have potential applications in nutritional support therapy for patients with AD,a complex systemic neurodegenerative disease with multifactorial and multi-target involvement.
