摘　　要：目的:探讨肠道菌群结构与自闭症核心症状的相关性。方法:将皖北煤电集团总医院于2020年7月—2024年8月收治的80例自闭症患儿设为自闭症组,另选取同期在该院体检的80例健康儿童设为对照组。比较两组研究对象的肠道菌群丰度,分析肠道菌群结构与自闭症核心症状的相关性。结果:自闭症组肠道巴恩斯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、巨单胞菌属、巨球型菌属相对丰度均高于对照组(P <0.05),其梭杆菌属、真杆菌属、埃希氏菌属、链球菌属相对丰度均低于对照组(P <0.05);自闭症组各项核心症状评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);Pearson相关性显示,肠道巴恩斯氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、巨单胞菌属、巨球型菌属相对丰度与自闭症核心症状评分呈正相关(P <0.05),梭杆菌属、真杆菌属、埃希氏菌属、链球菌属相对丰度与自闭症核心症状评分呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论:自闭症患儿肠道菌群结构与健康儿童之间存在一定的差异,且与自闭症核心症状之间存在显著相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between gut microbiota structure and core symptoms of autism.Methods:Eighty children with autism treated at Wanbei Coal and Electricity Group General Hospital from July 2020 to August 2024 were enrolled as the autism group,with 80 healthy children from routine physical examinations during the same period serving as controls.Comparative analysis of gut microbiota abundance and its association with autism core symptoms was conducted.Results:The autism group showed significantly higher relative abundances of Barnesiella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Megamonas,and Megasphaera(P<0.05),while Fusobacterium,Eubacterium,Escherichia,and Streptococcus were reduced compared to controls(P<0.05).All core symptom scores were elevated in the autism group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis revealed positive associations between Barnesiella,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Megamonas,Megasphaera abundance and symptom severity,whereas Fusobacterium,Eubacterium,Escherichia,and Streptococcus exhibited negative correlations(P<0.05).Conclusion:Significant structural differences in gut microbiota exist between autistic and neurotypical children,demonstrating strong correlations with core autism symptoms.
