摘　　要：从术语翻译的“有效性”原则出发,以语符、概念、语境三个层面的跨文化术语建构为视角,考察西班牙语世界较有影响力的六部《论语》译本“仁”的翻译,并对译本的术语翻译效果进行综合评价。研究发现,西班牙语译者对思想文化术语的语符重视度尚不足,译文的术语化程度有待提高。对“仁”的跨文化概念建构相对稳定,且集中于伦理层面。各译本对“仁”的文本语境内涵作出了不同程度的诠释,但从历史语境出发的术语概念诠释不足。由此提出,面向西班牙语世界的典籍外译活动应在实践层面加强对术语翻译的重视,力求实现多维度的跨文化术语传通,促进典籍思想文化术语在西班牙语世界的传播与接受。Starting from the principle of“effectiveness”in terminology translation,this study examines the translation of the term ren in six influential Spanish versions of the Analects from the perspective of cross-cultural terminology construction at three levels:symbol,concept,and context.The study also evaluates the effectiveness of the terminology translation in these versions.The findings indicate that Spanish translators still pay insufficient attention to the symbols of cultural and philosophical terms,indicating that the degree of terminological sophistication in their translations needs improvement.The cross-cultural conceptual construction of ren is relatively stable,primarily focusing on the ethical dimension.Each translation offers varying interpretations regarding the contextual connotation of ren,though insufficient attention is given to the historical contextual interpretation of the term.Therefore,this paper argues that in the practice of translating classical Chinese texts into Spanish,greater emphasis should be placed on terminology translation to achieve multidimensional cross-cultural communication of terms.This will promote the dissemination and acceptance of philosophical and cultural terms from classical texts in the Spanish-speaking world.
