摘 要:目的 探讨^(11)C-CFT PET/CT脑显像和血清淋巴细胞活化基因3(LAG-3)、α-突触核蛋白(α-SYN)在帕金森病(PD)诊断中的价值。方法 收集2019年9月~2024年9月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院就诊的PD患者作为病例组(n=39),另选取性别、年龄匹配的健康体检者作为对照组(n=50),检测血清LAG-3、α-SYN浓度,并行PET/CT显像。分析^(11)C-CFT PET/CT和血清LAG-3、α-SYN在PD诊断中的价值。结果 LAG-3在诊断PD的ROC曲线下面积为0.894,敏感度为74.4%,特异度为88.0%。α-SYN在诊断PD的ROC曲线下面积为0.844,敏感度为87.2%,特异度为70.0%。^(11)C-CFT PET/CT显像在诊断PD的ROC曲线下面积为0.787,敏感度为90.9%,特异度为57.1%。三者联合的ROC曲线下面积为0.964,敏感度为91.3%,特异度为88.2%。结论 血清LAG-3、α-SYN浓度及^(11)C-CFT PET/CT脑显像有助于PD的诊断,^(11)C-CFT PET/CT显像和血清LAG-3、α-SYN联合诊断PD的价值较单独诊断高。Objective To explore a potential diagnostic marker for Parkinson's disease(PD)through the combination of ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT imaging and serum lymphocyte activation gene-3(LAG-3)andα-synuclein(α-SYN).Methods Patients with PD who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were recruited as the case group(n=39)from September 2019 to September 2024.Additionally,healthy individuals matched by gender and age were selected as the control group(n=50).Serum LAG-3 andα-SYN concentrations were collected and measured by a quantitative ELISA for patients with PD and age-and sex-matched controls.^(11)C-CFT PET/CT imaging of the subjects was conducted.The relationship between LAG-3,α-SYN,and ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT in Parkinson's patients and controls were assessed via logistic regression.Results According to the ROC curve analysis,the area under the curve of serum LAG-3 in differentiating patients with PD from controls was 0.894 and the cutoff value was 2.024 ng/mL.Sensitivity and specificity were 74.4%and 88.0%,respectively.The area under the curve of serumα-SYN in differentiating patients with PD from controls was 0.844 and the cutoff value was 9.431 ng/mL.Sensitivity and specificity on this receiver operating characteristic curve were 87.2%and 70.0%,respectively.The area under the curve of ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT imaging in differentiating patients with PD from controls was 0.787 and the cutoff value was 1.500.Sensitivity and specificity on this receiver operating characteristic curve were 90.9%and 57.1%,respectively.The area under the curve of the combination of ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT imaging,LAG-3 andα-SYN in differentiating patients with PD from controls was 0.964.Sensitivity and specificity on this receiver operating characteristic curve were 91.3%and 88.2%,respectively.Conclusion Serum LAG-3 andα-SYN concentrations and ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT brain imaging can provide specific and valuable diagnostic information of PD.And the combination of ^(11)C-CFT PET/CT imaging and serum LAG-3 andα-SYN can provide more v
