京津冀协同发展下京津中关村科技城建设路径研究

摘　　要：【目的】本研究旨在打通科技成果转化全链条,找到加快培育和发展新质生产力的路径,推动京津中关村科技城向先行区目标挺进。【方法】运用文献资料法、问卷调查法及访谈法对京津中关村科技城的现状及问题开展调查研究,并提出建议。【结果】经历7年的发展,京津中关村科技城取得了诸多亮眼成绩,但与高水平协同创新高地还存在一定差距。需要借鉴国际国内科技城/科学城的成功经验,在科技创新、产业发展、营商服务、产城融合等方面实现新的突破。【结论】立足新起点、把握新形势,京津中关村科技城将强化科技创新,赋能产业焕新,厚植营商沃土,加速产城融合,持续拓展创新协同的深度和广度,在培育发展新质生产力上奋勇争先、善作善成。[Purposes]The paper aims to open up the whole chain of scientific and technological achievements transformation,find a way to accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces,and promote the Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City to advance towards the goal of pioneering area.[Methods]By using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the present situation and problems of Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City,and puts forward some suggestions.[Findings]After seven years'development,Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City has made many brilliant achievements,but there is still a certain gap with the high-level collaborative innovation highland.Therefore,it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of international and domestic science and technology cities/science cities to achieve new breakthroughs in scientific and technological innovation,industrial development,business services,and integration of production and cities.[Conclusions]Facing the new situation and a new starting point,Beijing-Tianjin Zhongguancun Science and Technology City will strengthen scientific and technological innovation,revitalize industries,plant fertile ground for business,accelerate the integration of production and city,continuously expand the depth and breadth of innovation collaboration,and strive for the first place in cultivating and developing new quality productive forces.
