摘 要:知识经济时代,信息技术的飞速发展为教育领域带来了深刻变革,开放教育环境应运而生,成为推动教育现代化和终身学习的关键力量。基于此,深入分析开放教育环境下学生自主学习行为的影响因素,探讨其对个人学习成效的重要性有其现实意义。通过构建理论框架,结合实例分析,从个人、教育资源与环境、技术及社会文化等多维度进行综合探究发现,学习动机、自我效能感、时间管理、资源多样性、平台易用性、技术支持及家庭社会背景均显著影响自主学习行为。In today’s era of knowledge economy,the rapid development of information technology has brought profound changes to the field of education,and the open education environment has emerged at the historic moment,becoming a key force to promote the modernization of education and lifelong learning.Based on this,this paper aims to deeply analyze the influencing factors of students’autonomous learning behavior in the open education environment and explore its importance to individual learning effectiveness.Through the construction of a theoretical framework,combined with case analysis,from the individual,educational resources,and environment,technology,and social culture,and other aspects,comprehensive research was conducted.The results showed that learning motivation,self efficacy,time management,resource diversity,platform ease of use,technical support,and family social background all significantly affected self directed learning behavior.
