摘  要:职普融通作为现代职业教育体系改革的关键变量,为人才培养开辟了多样化成长路径,它是实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略的重要举措,积蓄着夯实教育强国建设、助力跨学科知识建构、推动职业生涯教育的价值意蕴。当前,职普融通依然面临着知识关系浅层化、融通过程单向化和评价结构松散化的实践难题。摆脱这些困境,实现职普融通的可能路径是:基础层面应强化综合知识生成一体式融通的技术规范,专业层面应深化教育共同体改革互渗式融通的行动规范,管理层面应重塑多元评价同向式融通的任务规范,从而实现职普融通从被动到主动的教育需求转向,为培养新质人才提供强大动能。As a key variable in the reform of the modern vocational education system,the integration of vocational education and general education has opened up diversified growth paths for talent cultivation.It is an important measure to implement the strategies of developing the country through science and education,making the country strong through talent,and promoting innovation-driven development.It accumulates the value implications of consolidating the construction of an education powerhouse,helping to construct interdisciplinary knowledge,and promoting vocational education.At present,the integration of vocational and general education still faces practical challenges such as shallow knowledge relationships,one-way integration processes,and loose evaluation structures.To overcome these challenges and achieve the integration of vocational and general education,a possible path is necessary to strengthen the technical specifications for the all-in-one integration of comprehensive knowledge generation at the basic level,deepen the action norms for the reform of the education community through interpenetrating integration at the professional level,reshape the task norms for the integration of multiple evaluations in the same direction at the management level,so as to realize the transformation of vocational and general education integration from passive to active educational demand,and provide strong impetus for cultivating new-quality talents.
