摘 要:针对常规双边Halbach磁力耦合器转矩性能不足的问题,引入了一种新型双边Halbach磁力耦合器。采用有限元方法对磁力耦合器进行建模和参数分析,探究新型双边Halbach阵列的充磁角度和铜盘厚度等主要参数对耦合器转矩和转矩密度的影响。考虑到转矩和转矩密度难以同时达到最优,对新型双边Halbach磁力耦合器进行参数优化。采用响应面法建立转矩和转矩密度的响应面模型,结合响应面模型和粒子群算法进行多目标优化,以提高磁力耦合器的性能。经过优化后,与常规耦合器相比,新型双边Halbach磁力耦合器的转矩提高了21.9%,转矩密度提高了11%。有限元仿真结果验证了粒子群算法的可靠性,最后搭建试验平台进行试验,验证了有限元仿真的准确性。A new type of bilateral Halbach magnetic coupler was introduced to address the issue of insufficient torque performance in conventional bilateral Halbach magnetic couplers.Using finite element method to model and analyze the parameters of the magnetic coupler,exploring the influence of the main parameters such as magnetization angle and copper disk thickness of the new bilateral Halbach array on the torque and torque density of the coupler.Considering that it is difficult to achieve optimal torque and torque density simultaneously,parameter optimization was carried out for the new bilateral Halbach magnetic coupling.Using response surface methodology is to establish response surface models for torque and torque density,and combining response surface models with particle swarm optimization algorithm for multi-objective optimization is to improve the performance of magnetic couplers.After optimization,compared with conventional couplers,the torque of the new bilateral Halbach magnetic coupler increased by 21.9%and the torque density increased by 11%.The reliability of the particle swarm algorithm was verified through finite element simulation results,and finally an experimental platform was built for testing to verify the accuracy of the finite element simulation.
