摘 要:针对机载锚杆钻机钻臂振动过大导致定位精度、钻孔效率降低等问题,以JMZ型机载锚杆钻机钻臂为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件对其3种工况进行模态及谐响应分析。在满足强度的前提下,通过模态分析获得钻臂前六阶固有频率和振型,并进行谐响应分析得到钻臂应力和变形振动响应情况。结果表明:各工况钻臂前六阶固有频率与激振频率并不相近,不会发生共振;在0~40 Hz内,各工况钻臂应力响应振幅最大值分别为0.430 MPa、0.221 MPa、0.432 MPa,变形响应振幅最大值分别为1.239 mm、0.786 mm、1.156 mm,在激振频率9.16 Hz的影响下,各工况钻臂增加的最大应力响应值分别为6.415 MPa、7.572 MPa、6.934 MPa,最大变形响应值分别为0.059 mm、0.052 mm、0.060 mm,即谐响应振动对钻臂造成的影响非常小,该机型钻臂工作稳定性满足要求。In response to the problems of reduced positioning accuracy and drlling efficiency caused by excessive vibration of the drilling arm of the airborne anchor drilling rig,the JMZ airborne anchor drilling rig drilling arm was taken as the research object,and the modal and harmonic response analysis of its three working conditions was carried out using ANSYS software.On the premise of meeting the strength requirements,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the drill arm were obtained through modal analysis,and the stress and deformation vibration response of the drill arm were obtained through harmonic response analysis.The results indicated that the first six natural frequencies of the drilling arm under various operating conditions were not close to the excitation frequency,and resonance would not occur.Within the frequency range of O~40 Hz,the maximum stress response amplitudes of the drilling arm under various operating conditions are 0.430 MPa,0.221 MPa,and 0.432 MPa,respectively.The maximum deformation response amplitudes are 1.239 mm,0.786 mm,and 1.156 mm,respectively.Under the influence of the excitation frequency of 9.16 Hz,the maximum stress response values increased by the drilling arm under various operating conditions are 6.415 MPa,7.572 MPa,and 6.934 MPa,respectively.The maximum deformation response values are 0.059 mm,0.052 mm,and 0.060 mm,respectively.Therefore,the impact of harmonic response vibration on the drilling arm is very small,and the working stability of this model of drilling arm meets the requirements.
