摘 要:在高熵态数智时代,人工智能(AI)的迅速发展既加剧了信息环境的复杂性和不确定性,又通过优化算法降低了部分领域的无序性,形成“双重熵态”特征。本文通过符号学视角,探讨高熵态下日常符号传播活动呈现出的感性化倾向及其所引发的“呈符化危机”,主要表现为感官过载与感知操控导致的情感茧房和情感孤岛的生成。在此背景下,陪伴型数字人作为感性减熵工具展现出潜力,通过构建稳定的情感氛围、养成式的亲密体验以及即时的日常化陪伴,以感觉质为核心重塑人机交往关系,缓解高熵态环境中的“呈符化危机”。结合Woebot和Replika等实践案例,本文探索人机交往的意义机制,并指出数字人交往的感性减熵实践不仅是技术理性的体现,也是一种面向未来的人机共生新方案。In the high-entropy digital age,the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)intensifies informational complexity and uncertainty while reducing disorder in certain domains through algorithmic optimization,forming“adual-entropy state”.This paper adopts a semiotic perspective to examine the affective tendencies in semiotic communication under high-entropy conditions,highlighting the resulting“rhematization crisis”marked by sensory overload and perceptual manipulation,which foster emotional echo chambers and isolation.Metahuman are proposed as potential tools for affective entropy reduction.Human-AI interaction are reshaped by establishing a stable emotional ambiance,nurturing intimate bonds,and offering immediate,daily companionship.With the essence of qualia at its core,“Rhematization Crisis”in environments characterized by high entropy is mitigated.Drawing on cases like Woebot and Replika,this study explores the semiotic mechanisms of human-machine interaction,arguing that affective entropy reduction through AI agents embodies both technological rationality and a model for future human-machine symbiosis.
