摘 要:为研究小麦品种差异对小麦品种抗虫性的影响,本研究以河北省27个品种小麦为原料,采用Dobie系数评估了不同品种小麦的品种抗虫性,比较分析了不同品种小麦的硬度指数、还原糖、蛋白质和挥发性物质的差异及其对品种抗虫性的影响。结果表明:不同品种小麦之间的平均发育历期与敏感系数均存在极显著差异(P<0.001),其中衡9966对玉米象的抗性较强,其平均发育历期为33.9 d,敏感系数为5.28,藁优2018对玉米象的抗性较弱,平均发育历期为32.7 d,其敏感系数为11.93。蛋白质含量对品种抗性无显著相关性,但硬度指数与敏感系数呈显著负相关,还原糖含量与平均发育历期呈显著负相关,表明硬度指数和还原糖含量与小麦品种抗性相关,硬度指数越高,敏感系数越低,抗性越强;还原糖含量越高,平均发育历期越短,抗性越弱。采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱联用仪(GC-IMS)对小麦挥发性物质进行检测分析,共检测出53种挥发性物质,分析结果表明,有5种挥发性物质与平均发育历期呈显著相关性,其中二丙基二硫、壬醛、丙酸呈正相关,丁酸乙酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺呈负相关。In order to study the effects of wheat variety differences on insect resistance of wheat varieties,27 wheat varieties in Hebei Province were adopted as raw materials.Dobie coefficient was utilized to evaluate the Sitophilus Zeamais resistance of different wheat varieties,and the differences of hardness index,reducing sugar content,protein and volatile substances of different wheat varieties were compared and analyzed.The results indicated that there were significant differences in the average development period and sensitivity coefficient among different wheat varieties(P<0.001).Among these wheat cultivars,Heng 9966 had a strong resistance to Sitophilus Zeamais,with an average development period of 33.9 days and a sensitivity coefficient of 5.28.Gaoyou 2018 had a weak resistance to Sitophilus Zeamais,with an average development period of 32.7 days and a sensitivity coefficient of 11.93.Protein content had no significant correlation with wheat variety resistance,but hardness index was negatively correlated with sensitivity coefficient,and reducing sugar content was negatively correlated with average development period,indicating that hardness index and reducing sugar content were correlated with wheat variety resistance.The higher the hardness index,the lower the sensitivity coefficient,and the stronger the resistance.The higher the reducing sugar content,the shorter the mean development period,and the weaker the resistance.Gas chromatography ion migration spectrometry(GC-IMS)was used to determine and analyze volatile compounds in wheat.Total 53 volatile compounds were detected,and the analysis results indicated that 5 volatile substances were significantly correlated with the mean development period.Among these volatile compounds,dipropyl disulfide,nonanal,and propionic acid were positively correlated,while ethyl butyrate and N,N-dimethylformamide were negatively correlated.
