储粮害虫玉米象虫卵的CT检测方法研究

摘  要:为实现粮粒内隐蔽性害虫虫卵的高效准确判断,本研究以基准法和染色法等常用虫卵检测方法为参考,首先利用电子计算机断层扫描(Computed Tomography,CT)设备对感染玉米象虫卵的小麦进行扫描和重建成像,进行成像参数优化和图像增强处理;然后分析小麦内部结构的三维图像特征,并判断是否存在虫卵;最后,结合大量样本的统计分析,建立一种检测粮粒内虫卵的方法。研究结果表明,通过新建立的虫卵检测方法,将疑似感染的306粒小麦分为虫卵粒、空洞粒、碎屑粒和其他粒等4种类型。统计分析表明,虫卵粒比例为53%、空洞粒为29%、碎屑粒为15%、其他粒为3%。排除其他粒类型会对判定结果造成干扰外,97%的小麦粒是否感染虫卵都可以被准确判定。In order to achieve efficient and accurate detection of hidden pest eggs within grains,in this study,commonly used methods,such as reference method and staining method,etc.were used for egg detection.Firstly,Computed Tomography(CT)equipment was used to scan and reconstruct imaging of wheat infected with eggs of Sitophilus zeamais using,imaging parameters were optimized,and image processing was enhanced.Then,the three-dimensional image features of the internal structure of wheat were analyzed,and the presence of eggs was determined;finally,by combining statistical analysis of a large number of samples,a method for detecting pest eggs within grains was established.The research results indicated that through the newly established egg detection method,306 suspected infected wheat grains were divided into four types:egg grains,hollow grains,debris grains,and other grains.The statistical analysis revealed that the proportion of egg grains,hollow grains,debris grains and other grains was 53%,29%,15%,and 3%,respectively.Excluding other grain types may cause interference with the judgment results,and 97%of the wheat grains infected with eggs can be accurately determined.
