公共财政支持农业产业集群发展研究——以河北省为例

摘　　要：基于河北省地级市2011-2021年面板数据,运用一般线性回归和空间滞后模型验证公共财政支持对农业产业集群的发展研究。结果表明,公共财政支持可以显著提升农业产业集群发展,河北省各个地级市农业产业集群具有明显的空间集聚分布特征,公共财政支持具有正向溢出效应,不仅能够促进本地农业产业集群的发展,而且可以显著周边市域农业产业集群的发展。并提出农业产业集群未来发展升级的相应对策建议。Financial support for the development of agricultural industrial clusters is studied with general linear regression and spatial lag model based on the panel data of prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province from 2011 to 2021.The results indicate that public financial support can significantly enhance the development of agricultural industry clusters;the agricultural industry clusters in prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province have obvious spatial agglomeration distribution characteristics;public financial support has a positive spillover effect,which promotes the development of local agricultural industry clusters and that of surrounding cities.Countermeasures are proposed for further development and upgrading of agricultural industry clusters.
