摘　　要：法律类产业学院是法治人才培养的主阵地,但普遍存在产业方参与度不足、联合管理路径不清、贯彻“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的理念不深、协同育人机制创新不足等问题。以某高校法律类产业学院为例,提出通过完善产业学院管理机制,搭建法治人才培养的国际化平台、专业学科协同平台、职普本硕协同平台、政产学研协同平台,探索产业学院模式下法治人才协同培养新路径。Law industrial colleges serve as the primary frontier for nurturing legal talents,but there are commonly encountered issues such as inadequate industry involvement,unclear joint management paths,insufficient implementation of the concept of student-centered,production-oriented,continuous improvement,and insufficient innovation in collaborative education mechanism.Taking law industry colleges of a university as an example,a new path to law talents collaborative training within the framework of an industrial college mode is proposed by enhancing management mechanism,establishing coordination platforms for law talent cultivation,professional discipline,bachelor-master collaboration,and government-industry-education-research integration.
