磷酸活化澳洲坚果壳制备活性炭的工艺研究

摘  要:以澳洲坚果壳为原料,采用磷酸活化法制备活性炭,通过单因素及正交试验探讨磷酸质量分数、浸渍比、浸渍时间、活化温度、活化时间对活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸附值和碘吸附值的影响,得到最适宜的工艺条件。结果表明:5个因素对澳洲坚果壳活性炭的亚甲基蓝吸收值和碘吸附值的影响均达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),其中活化温度对二者的影响程度均为最高。最佳工艺参数组合为:磷酸质量分数60%、浸渍比1∶6、浸渍时间22 h、活化温度800℃、活化时间1 h,在此条件下制得的活性炭表现出优异性能,水分含量为6.66%,灰分含量为3.80%,其亚甲基蓝吸附值达到511.36 mg/g,碘吸附值为1046.96 mg/g。Activated carbon was prepared from Macadamia nut shell by phosphoric acid activation.The effects of phosphoric acid mass fraction,impregnation ratio,impregnation time,activation temperature,and activation time on the methylene blue and iodine adsorption values of activated carbon were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment,and the most suitable process conditions were obtained.The results demonstrated that the effects of the five factors on the methylene blue and iodine adsorption values of the activated carbon from Macadamia nut shell reached a highly significant level (P <0.01),and the activation temperature had the highest effect on both.The optimal process parameter combination is as follows:under the conditions of a 60% mass fraction of phosphoric acid,an impregnation ratio of 1:6,an impregnation time of 22 h,an activation temperature of 800 ℃,and an activation time of 1 h,the prepared activated carbon exhibits superior performance with a water mass fraction of 6.66%,an ash mass fraction of 3.80%,a methylene blue adsorption value of 511.36 mg/g,and an iodine adsorption value of 1 046.96 mg/g.
