摘　　要：随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型对大学治理产生了深远的影响,其中敏捷治理、协同治理和韧性治理已经成为新的发展趋势。数字化转型背景下,大学治理面临组织结构适应性不足、制度规范性不足以及组织认同感不足等现实问题。大学应当在结构层面开展组织优化与重组,形成大学治理的协同效应;在组织制度层面实施制度规范与保障,规避大学治理的潜在风险;在组织文化认同层面重点提升数字领导力和数字素养,夯实大学治理的发展根基。With the rapid development of information technology,digital transformation has had a profound impact on university governance,among which agile governance,collaborative governance,and resilient governance have become new development trends.In the context of digital transformation,current university governance faces practical problems such as organizational structure adaptability,institutional standardization,and insufficient organizational identity.Universities should carry out organizational optimization and restructuring at the structural level to form a synergistic effect of university governance,implement institutional norms and guarantees at the organizational system level to avoid potential risks of university governance,and focus on enhancing digital leadership and digital literacy of teachers and students at the organizational cultural identity level to consolidate the development foundation of university governance.
