摘  要:中国式职业教育高质量发展是立足于中国优良传统职业教育思想、中国优秀传统职业教育素养、马克思主义职业教育思想、新时代中国职业教育理论的基础上进行的全面的、系统的、持续的发展过程,涉及职业教育体系的构建、产教融合的深化以及人才培养质量的提升等多个方面。中国式职业教育高质量发展致力于以人为本,推动个体实现自由且全面的发展;提升个人技术技能,实现人才供给与社会需求的高度匹配;助推产业结构优化升级,保障经济社会持续健康发展;培养新时代的高素质手工艺人,传承和发展中国传统手工艺;巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果,助力实现共同富裕和乡村振兴。全面深入推进中国式职业教育高质量发展,应坚持以就业为导向、技能为基、能力本位,构建职业教育高质量发展体系,分别从地位提升、教学改革、师资队伍、产教融合、职教高考及职教实训等多个维度深入实践。The high-quality development of Chinese style vocational education is a comprehensive,systematic,and continuous process based on China’s excellent traditional vocational education ideas,Chinese excellent traditional vocational education literacy,Marxist vocational education ideas,and new-era Chinese vocational education theory.It involves multiple aspects such as the construction of the vocational education system,the deepening of production-education integration,and the improvement of talent training quality.The high-quality development of Chinese style vocational education is committed to putting people first to promote individual freedom and comprehensive development,enhancing personal technical skills to achieve a high-degree matching between talent supply and social demand,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the economy and society,cultivating high-quality craftsmen for the new era to inherit and develop traditional Chinese handicrafts,consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation to help achieve common prosperity and rural revitalization.To comprehensively and deeply promote the high-quality development of Chinese style vocational education,we should adhere to the employment-oriented,skill-based,and ability-based approach to construct a high-quality development system for vocational education,and conduct in-depth practice from multiple dimensions such as status enhancement,teaching reform,faculty team,production-education integration,college entrance examination for vocational education,and vocational education training.
