摘  要:在职业教育高质量发展背景下,高职院校服务技能型社会建设是其本体职能价值、社会职能价值和服务合作价值的体现。高职院校在服务技能型社会建设中,应以技能供给为关键点,促进学生技能个性发展;以德技并修为落脚点,夯实学生职业技能素质;以校企合作为着力点,推动技能人才培养创新;以创新创业为突破点,增强学生就业市场竞争力。In the context of the high-quality development of vocational education,the construction of a service-oriented&skilled society in vocational colleges is a reflection of its intrinsic functional value,social functional value,and service cooperation value.Vocational colleges should take skill supply as the key to promote the development of students’individual skills in the construction of a service-oriented&skilled society,take the education of morality and technology as the foothold to consolidate students’vocational skills and qualities,take school-enterprise cooperation as the focus to promote innovation in the cultivation of skilled talents,and take innovation and entrepreneurship as the breakthrough to enhance students’competitiveness in the job market.
