摘 要:奶牛热应激(HS)是指奶牛机体应对高温高湿环境,在生理、健康和生产性能等方面表现出的一系列非特异性应答反应,是影响奶牛生产水平发挥的主要因素之一。热应激会导致奶牛产奶量下降、繁殖性能和免疫性能降低,且发病率升高,给奶业造成巨大的经济损失。本文对奶牛热应激的影响和营养调控措施进行综述,以期为奶牛热应激的研究提供参考。Heat stress(HS)in dairy cows refers to a series of non-specific response reactions in physiology,health and performance of dairy cows in response to high temperature and high humidity environment.It is one of the main factors affecting the performance of dairy cows in the global dairy production level,which leads to the decrease of milk production,reproductive performance and immune performance,and the increase of morbidity rate,which has caused a huge economic loss to the world's dairy industry.In this paper,the effects of heat stress in dairy cows and nutritional control measures were reviewed,with a view to providing a reference for research on heat stress in dairy cows.
