摘 要:小肠不仅负责营养物质的消化和吸收,而且对营养物质的利用程度起到关键作用。日粮中的氨基酸是小肠黏膜的主要能量来源,同时也是肠道中谷胱甘肽、嘌呤、激素和氨基酸等多种含氮化合物的合成前体。除此之外,肠道中氨基酸的分解代谢程度将决定饲粮中氨基酸对肠外组织的可利用性,对饲粮中蛋白质和氨基酸的利用效率有着重要意义。因此,本综述主要阐述氨基酸在肠道中的分解代谢情况及调节机制。The small intestine is not only responsible for the digestion and absorption of nutrients,but also plays a key role in the degree of nutrient utilisation.Amino acids in the diet are the main source of energy for the small intestinal mucosa and the precursors for the synthesis of a variety of nitrogenous compounds such as glutathione,purines,hormones and amino acids in the intestine.In addition,the degree of amino acid catabolism in the intestinal tract will determine the availability of amino acids in the diet to the extraintestinal tissues,which is of great significance in the utilisation efficiency of proteins and amino acids in the diet.Therefore,this review focused on the catabolism of amino acids in the intestine and the regulatory mechanism.
