摘  要:为筛选出对猪萎缩性鼻炎多杀性巴氏杆菌具有良好抑制效果的细菌素,本研究从橙子皮中分离鉴定出一株短促生乳杆菌,命名为SSJ-1,该菌株所产细菌素对猪萎缩性鼻炎多杀性巴氏杆菌具有良好抑制效果。SSJ-1于4 h开始进入对数生长期,在30 h处于生长稳定期,抑菌活性最佳。SSJ-1所产细菌素对蛋白酶K较敏感;该细菌素具有良好的热稳定性,经100℃水浴处理后仍保持相对稳定;在pH为3.0~9.0下具有良好抑菌活性。SSJ-1全基因组预测共2479个编码基因,总长度2518404 bp,GC含量45.83%,在eggNOG数据库中有25个参与次级代谢产物合成、转运和分解代谢的基因。SSJ-1所产细菌素具有良好的理化特性,有望成为新型替抗产品应用于治疗猪萎缩性鼻炎。In order to screen for bacteriocin that have a good inhibitory effect on Pasteurella multocida in atrophic rhinitis of swine.This study isolated and identified a strain of Levilactobacillus brevis from orange peel,named SSJ-1,the bacteriocins produced by this strain had a good inhibitory effect on Pasteurella multocida in atrophic rhinitis of swine.SSJ-1 entered the logarithmic growth phase at 4 hours,the optimal antibacterial activity was achieved at a stable growth period at 30 hours.SSJ-1 produced bacteriocins that were more sensitive to protease K,this bacteriocin had good thermal stability,remained relatively stable after being treated with a 100℃water bath;it had good antibacterial activity at pH 3.0~9.0.The SSJ-1 whole genome predicts a total of 2479 coding genes,with a total length of 2518404 bp,the GC content was 45.83%,there were 25 genes involved in the synthesis,transport,and breakdown of secondary metabolites in the eggNOG database.The bacteriocins produced by SSJ-1 had good physicochemical properties,it was expected to become a novel alternative antibiotic products for the treatment of atrophic rhinitis of swine.
