摘 要:为研究发酵条件下补中益气散对肉仔鸡免疫功能的影响,试验选用1日龄、体型接近的健康荣昌肉仔鸡90只,随机分为3组,每组30只。空白对照组(A组)只饲喂基础日粮,中草药组(B组)饲喂基础日粮+未发酵的中草药,发酵中草药组(C组)在饲喂基础日粮的基础上添加0.5%中草药粉剂。分别在14、21 d时各组随机取5只肉鸡仔屠宰之后取血液及免疫器官,对各项免疫指标及抗氧化指标进行测定。结果表明:(1)与A、B组相比,C组免疫器官指数在14 d及21 d时均升高,且21 d时胸腺指数较A组显著升高0.232个百分点(P<0.05)、脾脏指数显著升高0.986个百分点(P<0.05)。(2)与A、B组相比,C组在14、21 d时溶菌酶活性均升高,其中14 d时较A组显著提高6.195μg/mL(P<0.05),21 d时较A组显著提高5.384μg/mL(P<0.05)。(3)与A、B组相比,C组白蛋白水平不同日龄均升高,其中14 d时C组白蛋白水平较A组显著升高3.094 g/L(P<0.05),较B组显著升高1.688 g/L(P<0.05)。(4)不同日龄,B、C组血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)及腿肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)较A组均有升高,血浆和腿肌丙二醛(MDA)均较A组降低。其中,血浆T-SOD、MDA各组间差异不显著(P>0.05);14 d时,B组血浆TSOD较A组显著升高16.404 U/mL(P<0.05),C组腿肌SOD较A组显著升高3.005 U/mL(P<0.05)、腿肌MDA明显降低0.073 nmol/mL(P<0.05);21 d时,与A组相比,C组血浆T-SOD及腿肌SOD显著升高10.804 U/mL和4.197 U/mL(P<0.05)、腿肌MDA较A组明显降低0.308 nmol/mL(P<0.05)。(5)与A、B组相比,C组不同日龄时的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)的水平升高,其中,14 d时,Ig A较A组显著升高2.92 g/L(P<0.05);21 d时,IgG较A组显著升高5.11 g/L(P<0.05),其余指标在该日龄各组差异不明显(P>0.05)。说明在肉仔鸡基础日粮中添加补中益气散,可有效提高肉仔鸡的免疫器官指数、血清免疫指标以及抗氧化指标,提高免疫功能,而且添加发酵补中益气散�In order to study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Powder on immune function of broilers,901-day-old healthy Rongchang broilers were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 broilers in each group for repeated experiments.The blank control group(group A)was fed only the basal diet,the Chinese medicine group(group B)was fed the basal diet+unfermented Chinese medicine,and the fermented Chinese medicine group(group C)was fed the basal diet+0.5%fermented Chinese medicine powder.Blood and immune organs were collected from 5 broilers in each group at 14,21 days after slaughter,and the immune indexes and antioxidant indexes were studied.The results showed as follows:(1)Compared with groups A and B,the immune organ indices of group C were increased at 14,21 days,and the thymus index and spleen index of group C at 21 days were significantly increased by 0.232 percentage points(P<0.05)and 0.986 percentage points(P<0.05)compared with group A.(2)Compared with groups A and B,the lysozyme activity of group C at 14,21 days was increased,which was significantly increased by 6.195μg/mL compared with group A at 14 days(P<0.05)and 5.384μg/mL compared with group A at 21 days(P<0.05).(3)Compared with groups A and B,the albumin level of group C was increased at different days of age,and at 14 days of age,the albumin level of group C was significantly increased by 3.094 g/L compared with group A(P<0.05)and 1.688 g/L compared with group B(P<0.05).(4)Plasma total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and leg muscle superoxide dismutase(SOD)in groups B and C were higher than those in group A at different ages.The malondialdehyde(MDA)in blood plasma and leg muscle was lower than that in group A.Plasma T-SOD and MDA were not significantly different among all groups(P>0.05).After 14 days,plasma T-SOD in group B was significantly increased by 16.404 U/mL compared with group A(P<0.05),SOD in leg muscle of group C was significantly increased by 3.005 U/mL compared with group A(P<0.05),and MDA in leg muscle was significantly decreased by 0.073 nmol/
